The Founder : As a young man who always worked in the Luxury accommodation industry, Louis Pierre, had the chance to travel around the world and discover different persons and cultures in order to serve them. Learning about their traditions,  their habits, the codes and standards that they are made of. Feeding himself with these differences, his passions for service, personalized welcoming and customer experience are born.
